What is Ring OÜ?
Ring OÜ is a private limited company incorporated in Estonia (registration number 14498966, address Luise 4, Tallinn, 10142, Harjumaa), which develops and provides the astrology software service AstroTark.
In this privacy notice, the company acts as the data controller of your personal data, processing personal data in accordance with what is set out in this document.
What is AstroTark?
AstroTark is an astrology software that enables users to:
- calculate and view their birth chart;
- track personal transits and their influences;
- view the world horoscope (current planetary positions);
- save birth charts for family and friends;
- study the fundamentals of astrology through learning materials.
The service is available on a paid subscription basis (monthly or annual subscription).

Astrological data (for calculating the birth chart):
- date of birth;
- time of birth;
- place of birth;
- geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude);
- time zone.
Saved persons' data (My Charts feature):
- name;
- date, time and place of birth;
- coordinates and time zone.
Subscription data:
- subscription status (free/paid);
- subscription type (monthly or annual);
- subscription validity period.
In addition, in connection with providing the service, we retain and process the following data:
- data required for logging in and electronic identification (e.g. IP addresses, cookies);
- correspondence between us;
- data necessary to process your payment (e.g. payer's name, payment amount, recipient's name, email address, IP address etc.);
- subscription-related data (e.g. payment data, subscription history etc.).
In connection with providing the website, we collect and use the following data:
- data on the use of our website, its services and features, and information collected via cookies (e.g. which page was used to enter the website etc.);
